We accept payment from the following major insurances:

  • Aetna
  • Blue Cross/Highmark
  • Community Care Behavioral Health
  • Medica
  • Medicare
  • Meritian Health
  • MH Net
  • Mutual Health

Co-pays

Co-pays are due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Visa, Discover and Master Card.

Employee Assistance Program

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) generally provides several sessions of confidential counseling to help employees deal with personal issues that could affect their well-being and work performance. If you work for any of these following employers you are probably already enrolled in an EAP program:

  • Elwood National Crankshaft
  • Family Services of the Chautauqua Region
  • Superior Tire

We also work very closely with ESI Group, an Employee Assistance Program Company.

Groups

Some groups have a flat fee. You will be informed when you schedule your appointment.

Charity Care

Charity Care can provide you with a reduced cost or no cost at all for services based on specific life circumstances.  Ask for more details to see if you qualify.

Sliding Fee Discount Program

If you do not have insurance we will calculate your cost of services at a reduced rate based on your income and number of dependents.   This rate is based on the federal poverty scale.   Ask for more details.
